How It Got Started

I started my resilience journey in 2015 by incorporating a new habit into my life.  This habit consisted of listing 3 unique things I am grateful for, focused breathing for 3 minutes and doing 1 random act of kindness each day.  Practicing these 3 things every day helped build up my resilience and increased the positive synapses in my brain so I could weather some pretty tough life situations that were on their way to me.  I started this blog as a way to encourage you and share some techniques in the hopes that you will be able to increase your resilience and thus your ability to bounce back as life throws challenges your way.
